TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR LOAN REPAYMENT

By using our platform to facilitate loan repayments, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. These terms govern your use of our services and your obligations regarding loan repayments made through our platform.

1. LOAN REPAYMENT AGREEMENT

The borrower agrees to repay the loan amount as per the terms defined in the loan agreement between the borrower and the lender. Our platform serves solely as a facilitator for transactions and does not act as a lender or borrower.

2. PAYMENT RESPONSIBILITY

The borrower is solely responsible for ensuring that payments are made correctly to the lender’s UPI ID or account as provided. Any errors or disputes regarding payments must be resolved between the borrower and the lender directly.

3. TRANSACTION PROCESSING

Payments made through the platform are processed directly between the borrower and the lender. The platform does not store or hold any payment amounts. Once a payment is initiated, the transaction cannot be reversed via the platform.

4. FEES AND CHARGES

Any applicable transaction fees, service charges, or taxes associated with loan repayments will be borne by the borrower unless explicitly stated otherwise in the loan agreement. The platform does not charge additional fees for facilitating UPI payments unless specified.

5. PAYMENT CONFIRMATION

It is the borrower's responsibility to verify payment status and ensure the lender has received the payment. The platform provides payment confirmation based on transaction updates from the UPI service provider but is not liable for discrepancies.

6. FRAUD AND UNAUTHORIZED TRANSACTIONS

The platform employs industry-standard security measures to protect transactions. However, users are responsible for securing their payment credentials. The platform is not liable for losses arising from unauthorized transactions or fraud.

7. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Any disputes regarding loan repayment must be resolved directly between the borrower and the lender. The platform does not mediate or involve itself in such disputes. For transaction status issues, users may contact our support team or the UPI service provider.

8. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS

The platform reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

9. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the platform operates.

By proceeding with any loan repayment through our platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.
